Walk-In Interview

Applications are invited from Indian nationals for a WHO sponsored project for Digitisation of CCRUM, Library. The Council intends to engage experts purely on contractual terms for a period upto December 2007. Selection shall be made through written test and interview.

  1. Infromation Technology Expert : 02 posts
    • Discipline : Information Technology
    • Age limit : 35 years as on 01/01/2007.
    • Qualification : First Class M.Sc./BE/B.Tech.(Computer Science/ Information Tech.)/MCA or equivalent qualification with minimum of 03 years experience. OR M.E./M.Tech. OR (Computer Science/ Information Technology) or recognised equivalent qualification with minimum 02 years experience OR Ph.D. Science (Computer Science/ Information Tech.) with minimum 01 year experience OR Ph.D. Engg. (Computer/ Information Tech.) OR Knowledge of Urdu/ Arabic/ Persian
    • Areas of Experience : Experience of Library and Information systems. Experience in OOP in Advanced Java with coding experience on live projects, Understanding of many aspects of J2EE including Servlats, JSP, JDSC, JNDI, EJS, Java Beans, and Applets and Development experience using J2EE-compliant application servers (Web Logic, web Sphere, JRUN, Silver Stream etc.), Apache Jakarta Struts, XML (over PRC), UML, Web/EJB/ Java Security.
    • Consolidated Salary: Rs.25000/-.

Written test for Information Technology Expert(s) will be held on 22/06/2007 from 10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon and the candidates must report at the office of CCRUM at 9.00 AM. The interview of the short-listed candidates will take place at 2.00 PM on the same day. Written test will will comprise of two papers one on logic and resoning and other technical.

The candidates must bring original certificates/testimonials at the time of interview/ written test alongwith two copies of attested photographs and a set of attested copies of certificates/testimonials in support of age, educational qualification, experience and caste/tribe etc. Candidates must also bring a copy of their bio-data neatly typed on A4 paper on the date of written test.
