- Graduate Engineer Trainee : 100 posts (SC-15, ST-08, OBC-27, UR-50)
- Discipline : ECE - 54, CSE - 34, E&I - 03, EEE - 03 , Mechanical - 03
- Qualification : First Class Engineering degree with 60% marks in aggregate from AICTE approved Colleges/ Recognised Universities in the relevant discipline.
- Age : 25 years as on 31/05/2007
- Scientific Assistant–A Trainee : 75 posts (SC-11, ST-06, OBC-20, UR-38)
- Discipline : Electronics – 10, Computers – 10, Electrical - 20, Mechanical - 08, Civil - 02 , B.Sc-Comp. Science - 25 )
- Qualification : (A) First Class Diploma in Engg. with 60% marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute in the relevant discipline. (B) First Class B.Sc-Computer Science (MPCS, MECS & equivalent) with 60% marks in aggregate from a recognised University
- Age : 25 years as on 31/05/2007
