- Bio Medical Engineer (Advt .No.HLL/ HR/035/2007) , Qualification: Degree in Bio Medical Engineering OR Degree in Engineering with post degree specialization in Bio Medical Engineering, Experience: More than 3 years in procurement and maintenance of Bio Medical Equipments.
- Procurement Specialist (Advt. No.HLL/ HR/036/2007), Qualification: Degree in Engineering with experience in Procurement of Equipments, Drugs and pharmaceuticals in manufacturing Unit/ Public procurement in Govt. Department or oraganization.
- Deputy Manager / Manager (Civil) (Advt. No. HLL/ HR/037/2007), Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering, Experience: 3 years or more experience in Civil Construction and estimate for Deputy Manager and 10 years or more for Manager.
- Assistant Manager (Electrical) (Advt. No.HLL/ HR/038/2007), Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering Experience: 3 years relevant experience
- Research Associates (Advt. No.HLL/ HR/029/2007), Qualification: Ph.D in Chemistry/Material Science/Polymer TechnologyThose who have submitted their Ph.D thesis and waiting for result can also apply, Experience: Desirable: 2 years post doctoral research experience in relevant field.Duration of the Project: 3 years , Fellowship: Rs.11,500 per month, Age: Not above 35 years as on 01/05/2007
- Deputy Manager (Packaging Development) (Advt. No.: HLL/HR/020/2007), Qualification :- Bachelor’s Degree in Printing & Packaging / Any Engg. Degree with Post Graduate Diploma from Indian Institute of Packaging, Experience :- Minimum 7 yrs experience in packaging development and quality checking of packaging materials for flexible laminates, Blister Packs and paper packaging products in a reputed R&D set up/FMCG/Confectionery/Pharma Company, Age: Not above 45 years as on 01/05/2007
Those with less experience will be considered for lower post. - Assistant Manager / Manager (Advt. No.: HLL/HR/027/2007), Qualification:- B.Tech / BE / MBA, Experience:- 1 / 8 years in Export / import of dry cargo in bulk like Iron Ore / Coal / Coke / Bauxite etc. for Assistant Manager / Manager respectively, Age: Not above 37 and 45 years for Assistant Manager / Manager respectively as on 01/05/2007
- Manager / Deputy Manager (HR) (Advt.No.: HLL/HR/028/2007), Qualification:- 1. MBA (HR) or PG Diploma in Personnel Management of 2 yrs duration or equivalent qualification or MSW 2. LLB desirable as an additional qualification, Experience: 8 / 5 years post qualification experience in a reputed organisation for Manager / Deputy Manager respectively, Age: Not above 45 years as on 01/05/2007
- Manager (Marketing) (Advt.No.HLL/ MKTG/CBD/03/2007), Qualification: Degree with MBA from reputed university / institutions., Experience: Minimum 8 – 10 years in marketing FMCG Products., Age: Not above 45 years as on 01/05/2007
- National Sales Manager (Marketing) (Advt.No.HLL/ MKTG/CBD/04/2007), Qualification: Degree with MBA from reputed university / institutions., Experience: Minimum 7 years experience in selling of FMCG Products, Age: Not above 37 years as on 01/05/2007
Pay Scales for regular positions are:
- Asst. Manager: Rs.6550-200-11350
- Senior Asst. Manager Rs.8600-250-14600
- Deputy Manager :Rs.10750-300-16750
- Manager : Rs.13000-350-18250
