- Pass in 1st year B.Sc. with Physics OR Pass in 10+2 stage in Higher Secondary in Science Math and Physics or equivalent and as Casual ESM for two years in S&T Department of Railways
- Asst. Loco Pilot (Diesel/ Electrical) : 973 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 3050-4590, Age : 18-30
- Educational Qualification : Matriculation or its equivalent plus ITI / Act Apprenticeship in trades of Fitter / Electrician / Instrument Mechanic / Millwright / Maintenace Mechanic/ Mechanic (Radio & TV) / Eelctronics mechanic / Mechanic (motor Vehicle) / Wireman / Tractor Mechanic / Armature & Coil Winder / Mechanic (Diesel) / Heat Engine Or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering in lieu of ITI (Degree holder need not apply)
- Telecom Maintainer/ Wireless Telecom Maintainer/ III : 20 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 3050-4590, Age : 18-30 years
- Educational Qualification : Matriculation or its equivalent and ITI in Electrical / Radio/ Telecommunications / TV/ Wireless trade and one year exp as casual TCM/ Wm in signal and Telecom. Department OR must be a casual TCM / WM for 3 years in S&T Department OR A pass in plust two stage with Physics & Maths in Higher Secondary or equivalent
- Technician-III (Carriage & Wagon/ Pipeline Fitter - 14, Bridge Sarang - 3, Diesel Electrical - 16, Diesel Mechanic -31, Driller -2, Compressor Driver - cum - Machinist-1, Carpentar-3, Mason-5, Painter-3, Blacksmith-9, Machine Offset Printing -2) : 89 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 3050-4590, Age : 18-30
- Educational Qualification : Course completed apprentice / ITI in relvant trade
- Track Machine Maintainer III (Welder - 16, Turner-16) : 32 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 3050-4590, Age : 18-30
- Educational Qualification : course completed Apprentice / ITI in Welder/Turner trade
- Stationary Plant Attendant /III : 2 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 3050-4590, Age : 18-30
- Educational Qualification : course completed Apprentice / ITI in Mechanic machine Tools Maintenance Trade
- Fork Lift Truck Driver : 1 post, Pay Scale : Rs. 3050-4590, Age : 18-30
- Educational Qualification : course completed Apprentice / ITI in Motor Mechanic
Age will be calculated on 01/07/2007. Age relaxation SC/ST 5 years and 3 years for OBC.
Fee : Rs. 60/- (Rs.40/- for pay sacle Rs.3050-4590 or below) in the form of crossed DD or IPO drawn in favour Assistant Secretary, Railway Recruitment Board, Secunderabad (AP) and payable at Secunderabad.

The filled in application along with its enclosures should be sent by ordinary post in a cover addressed to The Assistant Secretary, Railway Recruitment Board, South Lallaguda, Secunderabad = 500017 (AP) to reach on or before last date i.e.23/04/2007. The cover should be clearly super-scribed in bold capitals "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ......... CATEGORY NO. ...., Employment Notice No......."
