Applications are invited by Hrayan SSC for the under mentioned posts on the prescribed application form, the format which is given at the end.

  1. Industrial Training and Vocational Education Haryana -
    • 25 posts of Computer Techniques Instructors (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.5000-7850, Post No-1) , Qualification : Diploma in Computer Application from State Board of Technical Education or an equivalent institute and five years practical experience from a reputed Industrial concern or recognised Institute including the training period. OR Post Diploma in Computer Application from Board of Technical Education.
    • 2 posts of Instructor (Foot Wear) (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.3050-4590, Post No-2) , Qualification : Diploma in Foot Wear Technology from State Technical Education Board or an equivalent recognised institute (ii) five years Teaching / Practical Experience including the period in (i) from a reputed concern or recognised institution.
  2. Archieves Department ,Haryana -
    • 3 posts of Assistant Archivist (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.5450-8000, Post No-3) Qualification : 2nd class Master's Degree in History with an optional paper of post 1600 period of Indian History of a recognised university OR 2nd class Master's Degree in Persian with adaquate knolwledge of Shikasta script and India History of post 1600 period in BA from a recognised university (ii) Diploma in Archieves keeping. (iii) Knoledge of Hindi upto Matric Standard.
  3. Architecture Department, Haryana
    • 4 posts of Architectural Assistant (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.6500-9900+100 Spl.Pay, Post No-4) Qualification : Diploma in Architectural Assistantship with Eight years experience after qualifying. (ii) Hindi upto Matric Standard.
  4. Haryana State Cooperative Supply and Marketing federation Limited -
    • 44 posts of Field Inspector (Store) (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.4000-6000, Post No-5) Qualification: Graduate from a recognised university (ii) min. one year diploma in Computer from the recognised University / Institute
    • 24 posts of Technical Officer (Storage) (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.5500-9000, Post No-6) Qualification: B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture with entomology/ Plant Patholohy as major subject.
  5. Hayana Urban Development Authority -
    • 13 posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.5500-9000, Post No-7) Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognised institute (ii) Hindi upto Matric Standard.
    • 2 posts of Junior Engineer (Horticulture) (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.5500-9000, Post No-8) Qualification: B.Sc. in Agriculture with experience of atleast one year. Preference will be given to those who posses Horticulture as Main subject in B.Sc. OR Matrci / Higher secondary with one year diploma course in Gardener's trining from some recognised university with atleast 6 years exp. in land scaping gardening, alboriculture, floriculture layout of gardens, parks and nursery production work (ii) Hindi upto Matric Standard.
    • 9 posts of Junior Engineer (Electrical ) (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.5500-9000, Post No-9) Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent recognised institute (ii) Hindi upto Matric Standard.
    • 5 posts of Assistant Draftsman (Engg. Wing) (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.5000-7850, Post No-10) Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a certificate in Civil Draftsmanship awarded by the State Board for Technical Education or from any other recognised institution(ii) Hindi upto Matric Standard.
    • 1 post of Assistant Draftsman (T & P Arch.) (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.5000-7850, Post No-11) Qualification: Matriculation or Higher Secondary examination of a recognised University/ Institute of a Board or its equivalent (ii) 3 years Diploma in Architectural Assistant ship from a recognised institute OR Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship from an Institute recognised by the Government for the purpose.
    • 6 posts of Tracer (Engg. wing) (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.3200-4900, Post No-12) Qualification: Matric with certificate in Civil Draftsmanship from a recognised University/ Board OR Matriculation or Higher Secondary Examination passed from a recognised university/ board with drawing and two years exp as Tracer under a qualified Engineer / Architect. (ii) Hindi upto Matric Standard.
    • 4 posts of Tracer (T & P wing) (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.3200-4900, Post No-13) Qualification: Matric with Hindi and certificate in Civil Draftsmanship from a recognised University/ Board OR Matriculation or Higher Secondary Examination passed from a recognised university/ board with drawing and two years exp as Tracer under a qualified Engineer / Architect. (ii) Hindi upto Matric Standard.
    • 2 posts of Planning Assistant (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.6500-9900 + 100 Spl.Pay, Post No-14) Qualification: Degree or equivalent diploma in Architectural from a recognised by All India board of Technical Studies (ii) Hindi upto Matric Standard.
    • 2 posts of Architecural Assistant (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.6500-9900, Post No-15) Qualification: Degree or equivalent diploma in Architectural from a recognised University/ Institute(ii) Hindi upto Matric Standard.
    • 7 posts of Accounts Assistant (Age: 17-40yrs, Scale: Rs.5000-7850 Post No-16) Qualification: B.Com. with two years exp in Accounts in Government/ Semi Government Organisation. OR B.Com 1st class with 2 yrs exp in Accounts in a reputed private organisation. (ii) Hindi upto Matric Standard.

Fee: Fee at the following rates should be deposited in the Haryana govt. Treasury under the head "0051 - H.P.S.C.-(103)-Staff Selection Commission, Haryana- Application fee and other receipt"

    1. General- Rs. 150/- for the post no. 1 to 11 and 14 to 16. Rs. 100 for post no 12 and 13.
    2. SC/BC/candidates of Haryana- Rs. 35/- for the post no. 1 to 11 and 14 to 16. Rs. 25 for post no 12 and 13
    3. No concession of fee for SC/BC/ESM from other states.

Candidates from outside the Haryana should send fee by Postal Order which should be in the favour of "Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission" payable Panchkula.

How to apply : Application forms complete in all respect - only one form should be filled by the candidate - in their own hand writting in capital letters and signed in the specified space should be sent only through Registered Post to the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Bay No 67-70, sector-2, Panchkula. All the column of the application form should be filled in.
