Institute of Petroleum Technology, Gandhinagar (IPTG) needs academic staff (faculty) in the following subjects:
- Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, English communication, Energy, Various areas of Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Environment, Health and Safety, Humanities & Social Sciences
Faculty required in the following positions: (Appointments will suitable level based on the candidates eligibility, expertise and capabilities. The number of posts and levels of posts needed immediately vary amongst disciplines)
- Professor: in the Pay Scale of Rs. 18400-500-22400
- Associate Professor: in the Pay Scale of Rs. 16400-450-20000
- Assistance Professor: in the Pay Scale of Rs. 12000-420-18300
- Lecturer: in the Pay Scale of Rs. 8000-275-13500
