STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION (SSC)JUNIOR ENGINEERS (CIVIL & ELECTRICAL) EXAMINATION, 2008
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold on Sunday, the 27th April, 2008 an open compettitive examination for recruitment to the post of JUNIOR ENGINEERS (CIVIL & ELECTRICAL) in CPWD in the pay scale of Rs. 5000-8000 all over country.
- Vacancies : No. of vacancies for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil & Elect) will be determined in due course.
- Age Limit : Not exceeding 27 years as on 18/01/2008. Relaxation as per Govt. rules.
- Educational Qualificiation : Three year full time (or equivalent) Diploma in Civil Engineering for Junior Engineer (Civil) and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering for Junior Engineer (Electrical) from a recognised institute or equivalent.
- Fee : Rs. 100/- in the form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps. No fee for SC/ST/PH and Ex-servicemen candidates.
- Closing Date : The last date for receipt of application in the commission will be 18/01/08. For those candidates who are living in remote areas, the las date will be 25/01/2008.
