If you are an Engineering Graduate or a Science Post-Graduate having minimum GATE-2007/2008 scores. DAE offers you an opportunity to appear for Selection Process for admission to its training programmes:

One-Year Orientation Course for Engineering Graduates and Science Post-Graduates (OCES) at BARC Training School and its affiliates, and Two-Year DAE Graduate Fellowship Scheme (DGFS) for joining MTech in specific specializations at various Indian Institutes of Technology:

On successful completion of training, you will join as Scientific Officer in one of the DAE units with attractive career progression up to the highest echelons.

BARC Training School announces commencement of following two new courses at the IGCAR Training School, an affiliate of BARC Training School:
  • Nuclear Reactor Physics
  • Nuclear Fuel Cycle Chemistry

These courses will be offered to Physics and Chemistry Post-Graduates selected for OCES programme provided they fulfill certain other conditions given on the website named below.

These courses are in addition to the ongoing Physics/ Chemistry/ Radiation Safety Engineering courses for Physics/ Chemistry applicants.

  • Interviews are being held in the Training School Hostel, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai- 400085.
  • Outstation applicants will be paid to and fro second-class sleeper train fare by shortest
    route or actual fare whichever is less.
  • Final selection is solely on the basis of performance in interview.
