- Principal/Dean : Qualification - Should posses the recognised Post Graduate Medical Qualification and other academic qualification from an institution recognised by MCI regulation Act 1998 with a minimum of 10 years teaching experience as Professor/Associate Professor/Reader in a Medical College/Institute out of which at least 105 years should be as Professor in a Department , Experience : 10 year teaching experience as professor in a recognised medical college preferably as head of department.

Age : The service contract will be for 2 years or attaining the age of 65 years for the post of Professor & Associate Professor and for Assistant Professor max. age is 35 years as on 01/06/2007.
Emoluments :
- Principal : Rs. 105000/- consolidated honorarium with Rs.6000/- annual increment plus other facilities like car with driver/ news paper allowance/ telephone allowance and some other facilities
- Professor : Rs.76000/- PM with Rs.5000/- annual increment plus some good allowances like telephone/news paper allowances.
- Associate Professor : Rs. 62000/- with Rs.5000/- annual increment plus telephone/ news paper and other allowances.
- Assistant Professor : Rs.42000/- with Rs.1000 annual increment plus some good allowances
