- DREDGE MASTER(FG/HT) : Certificate of Competency/ Certificate of Service as Master(FG)/ (HT)/ Dredge Master Gr-I
- CHIEF OFFICERS : Certificate of Service as Master(FG)/ Certificate of Competency as 1st Mate(FG)/ (HT)/ Dredge Master Gr-II/ Gr-I.
- 2ND OFFICERS : Certificate of Competency as 1st Mate(FG)/ (HT)/ Dredge Master Gr-II/Gr-I
- 3RD OFFICER/JUNIOR OFFICER : Certificate of Competency as 2nd Mate(FG) / Dredge Mate Gr-I/ NWKO(NCV)
- CHIEF ENGINEER OFFICERS : Certificate of Competency as MEO Class-I (Motor)/Dredge Engineer Gr-I
- 2ND ENGINEER OFFICER : Certificate of Competency as MEO Class-II (Motor)/ Dredge Engineer Gr-II
- 4th ENGINEER OFFICER : Certificate of Competency as MEO Class-IV (Motor)/ Dredge Engineer Gr-II
- ELECTRICAL OFFICERS: Chief EA(Radio)/ EA(P) of Electrical/ Electronics Branches of Indian Navy with six years experience on Merchant Ships. Diploma in Electronics is preferred.
- ASST.MACHINISTS : LME OR ITI (Mech. Fitter Trade) with 3/5 yrs
- MECHANICIAN – III : Certificate of Competency as Sea Going Engine Driver or 1st Class Engine Driver
