NFL, a MINI RATNA and profit making premier company in the Fertilizer Sector, invites applications for 93 Management Trainees in the discipline of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer, Materials, Personnel and Marketing. Reservation of posts for SC/ST/OBC and Physically Handicapped exists as per Govt. directives.


Qualifications : The candidates must possess Engineering Degree (BE/B.Tech. MCA (for computer)) in the above said disciplines and MBA/PGDM for MAterial, Personnel and Marketing discipline from recognized University/Institute with 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST)/equivalent grade.

Age : age as on 31.10.2006 not above 25 years (27 years for Post Graduates). Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and also for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 1.1.80 to 31.12.89, 10 years for Physically Handicapped and 3 years for OBC.

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Apply in the prescribed format neatly typed in English/Hindi. No certificates/ testimonials need be attached.
  2. Attach crossed Demand Draft for Rs.300/- (non-refundable) drawn in favour of National Fertilizers Limited payable at State Bank of India , New Delhi . SC/ST candidates need not send demand draft. SC/ST/OBC/Kashmiri migrant/PH candidates must attach Photostat / attested copy of relevant caste/domicile certificate etc. issued by the competent authority.
  3. Please write your name, address and the discipline for which you are applying on the reverse of demand draft.
  4. Please write application for M.T/ discipline + code on the envelope.
