Bharat Electronics (BEL) , India's Premier Professional Electronics Company invites applications from HR Professionals for the following posts for its Units located all over India / Corporate Office:

  • Dy. Manager (Personnel)/Asst. Personnel Manager (E-IV/E-III Grade) : Pay Scale : Rs. 13000-350-18250/- : 4 posts
  • Probationary Personnel Officer(E-II Grade) : Pay Scale : Rs. 8600-250-14600/- : 12 posts

QUALIFICATION:

For General / OBC candidates - Graduation (not below second class), with First class in MSW/MBA (2 years fulltime with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / First class in Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognised University / Institute.

For SC/ST/PHP candidates - Pass in Graduation and second class in any of the above Postgraduate qualifications.
