Marinera sauce and wheat noodles
This was a real budget meal. With this whole out break of swine flu in Mexico. Money has been really tight lately. This recipie can be made with pretty much anything. This time I had on hand onion (red and white) garlic, tomatoes and a box of sauce .
Everytime I make this it is a real garbage bowl type of meal. You can add pretty much anything you want. It is also a really good way to get kids to eat a variety of vegetables. I chop my veggies in my little mini chopper and then the kids cannot pick them out.
I sauteed it all up, added the sauce and a bunch of basil (one of the herbs that is doing really well here)
When put on wheat noodles this turned into a pretty healthy meal. Yeah!!!!
This is also a great leftover meal. It is easy to reheat the sauce and can be used on more noodles, put on lasagna noodles or put on pizza dough or on french bread and make french bread pizza. The kids love this dish in all forms.

They should have publications in jounals of repute and/or experience in carrying out developmental projects of merit. Basic degree in respectvie branch is preffered.

Ambedkar University, Delhi (AUD) is a unitary university established in 2008 by the Government of the NCT of Delhi. The University is in the process of building up a core faculty in the fields of Liberal Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences.
AUD invites letters of interest from academics working in universities, colleges and research institutions who have at least ten years experience in the desired areas of knowledge to join AUD as Professors/Associate Professors and help turn the idea of this University into reality. In addition to the senior faculty positions mentioned above, AUD invite applications also for positions of Associate Professors/Assistant Professors and letters of interest for Adjunct and Visiting Faculty positions for the programmes which the University intends to launch in Phase I.
Qualification : Educational qualifications and reservations will be as per norms. Those selected will be appointed on the standard terms and conditions laid down by the UGC. ان انفلونزا الخنازير هو الرعب والضجة التي اثارها فيروس افلونزا الطيور، فانفلونزا الطيور منذ البدايه معروف انه لا ينتقل الا من الطيور للانسان وكان الخوف كله ان يحدث طفرة جينية داخل الخيول او الخنازير او الانسان تؤدي ان يتحول فيروس انفلونزا الطيور H1N1 للقابلية لاصابة انسان من انسان اخر عن طريق الرذاذ ... باختصار افلونزا الخنازير هو كابوس او ما كان يخشى من انفلونزا الطيور.
احصاءات
المرض حتى الان اصاب الاف وقتل المئات في المكسيك، اصاب العشرات وقتل عدد من الافراد في الولايات المتحدة وظهر ايضا باسرائيل ودول الاتحاد الاوروبي واليابان، ذلك اعطى المرض اهتمام كبير لاحداثه 150 حالة وفاة في يومين في حين ان انفلونزا الطيور اصاب هذا العدد في 5 سنوات وللاسف تحتل مصر المركز الاول في عدد الوفيات من انفلونزا الطيور. واشهر المصابين حتى الان هو موظف كبير بالبنك الدولي ولكنه تعافى من المرض

انفلوانزا الخنازير ممكن تتنقل م الخنزير العيان للانسان و ممكن كمان تتنقل من انسان لانسان تانى.الاعراض بتاعة المرض هى السخونيه و التوهان و تصلب المفاصل و الترجيع و فقدان الوعى و الصداع و الكحه و اخيرا ممكن تسبب الموت.
الخنازير ممكن يجيلها انفلوانزا طول السنه بس فى الغالب بتزيد الحالات فى نهاية فصل الخريف و طول فصل الشتا، و ممكن يتنقل للبشر اللى على اتصال مباشر بالحيوان (زى عمال المزارع اللى بتربى الخنازير).
اكل لحم الخنزير ما بينقلش الفيروس و خصوصا لما يتطبخ كويس (الفيروس بيموت عند درجة حرارة 71 سيلزيوس يعنى اقل من درجة غليان المايه)، الانتشار بتاع المرض بيحصل م الخنزير الصاحى للانسان و مش عن طريق اكل اللحمه بتاعته.المرض دا بيصيب الجهاز التنفسي لما الانسان يتنشق الهوا اللى فيه الفيروس.
العلاج والوقايا
1. امانتادين (amantadine)
2. ريمانتادين (rimantadine)
3. اوسيلتاميفير ( Tamiflu,oseltamivir) الجرعه : 75 مجم مرتين ف اليوم لمدة 5 ايام.
4. زاناميفير ( Relenza,zanamivir) الجرعه : بختين فى البؤ (مع الشهيق) مرتين ف اليوم لمدة 5 ايام.
ولا يوجد حتى الان مصل مضاد للفيرس
ايه ممكن يحصل؟
دا اهم سؤال ... والمفترض في وضع زي دا عند انتشار المرض في اي مدينة سيتم حجرها صحيا .. يعني لا سفر ليها ولا منها !! وده كان بيظهر في الافلام السينمائية ولكنه اصبح الان كابوس في مراحله الاولى ... قد يتم ايضا عزل دول غير ان منظمة الصحة نفت ان يكون ذلك وسيلة للسيطرة على المرض حيث كان مقترحا فرض حجر صحي على المكسيك.
ايضا مهم جدا خطوة اعدام الخنازير في مصر .. فاذا كنا اعدمنا الطيور حين لم يكن المرض ينتشر من انسان لانسان فليس من المعقول ان نترك الخنازير تهدد حياة الملايين.
