- Professor : 02 Posts (Justice and Administration -1, Urban Management-1), Pay Scale : Rs.16400-22400, Age : below 50 Yrs.
- Associate Professors : 02 Posts (Urban Management -1, Urban and Regional Planning-1), Pay Scale : Rs.12000-18300/-, Age : below 45 Yrs.
- Assistant Professor : 01 Post (Urban Management-1), Pay Scale : Rs. 8000-13500/-, Age below 40 Yrs.
- Research Officer/ Research Associates : 01 post on adhoc basis initially for a period of 6 months (for Centre of ICT and e-Governance), Consolidated salary : Rs. 20000/- p.m. , Age : below 40 yers
