Applications are invited on the prescribed format obtainable from the college office on all working day upto 25/04/2008 for the following posts of Lecturers and Non-Teaching Staff :
- History : 01 permanent (VH)
- Journalism : 01 (Permanent) (UR)
- English : 01 Temporary (Leave vacancy) (UR)
Qualification : Good academic record with at least 55% (50% for SC/ST) marks or an equivalent garde at the Masters' Degree level in the relevant subject. For Journalism - Master's Degree in Journalism/ Communication/ Mass Communicaton or equivalent qualification. Candidates should have passed Journalism either at Bachelor or Master's level. Candidates should have qualified NET or similiat test accredited by the UGC.
Non-Teaching Posts :
- PA to Principal : 01 post Permanent, Pay Scale: Rs.6500-10500/-, Qualification : Degree from a university. shorthand (English)@120 wpm and typing (English)@40wpm, Good knowledge of computer.
- Semi-Professional Assistant : 01 permanent, Pay Scale : Rs.4500-7000/-, Qualification : Dgree and Certificate in Library Science/ Diploma in Library Science. Knowledge of computers and Library Automation.
- Care-Taker : 01 post permanent, Pay Scale : Rs.3050-4590/-, Qualification : Matric with some experience of maintenance of electrical, sanitory, water installations and supervision of normal building repairs.
- Junior Assistant : 01 post permanent (PH - VH), Pay Scale : Rs.3050-4590, Qualification : Matric or equivalent with min 35 wpm in English typewritting. Candidate will have to qualify a test of General English and Typewritting.
- Office Attendant : 03 posts permanent (OBC-1,ST-1), Pay Scale : Rs.2550-3200/-, Qualification : 8th standard pass.
- Chowkidar : 01 post (OBC) permanent, Pay Scale : Rs.2550-3200, Qualification : 8th standard pass.
