UPASaC is a company promoted by Governemnt of Uttarakhand funded by Internation Fund for Agriculture Development. The company seeks to appoint qualified and committed professional for the following positions :
- Chief Financial Officer : 01 post, Qualification : CA/ Cost Accountant preferably CS as additional qualification with exeprience in NGO financial procedures donor reporting and knowledge of handling of matters related to personnel & general administration., Experience : at least 10 years, Emoluments : Rs.40000/- consolidated / negotiable.
- District Manager : 02 posts, Qualification : MBA with 60% marks in finance/marketing background and working at senior management level with rural development and rural banking sector with substential development banking experience and knowledge of handling of matters related to personnel and general administration, Experience : at least 5 years, Emoluments : Rs.25000/- consolidates/ negotiable.
- Asst. Manager Enterprise Finance : 02 posts, Qualification : MBA with 55% marks with finance background having working experiene at middle management level in rural development or rural banking sector with substential development experience in livelihood promotion and good track record of innovation in rural enterpreneurship development and in depth understanding of rural micro credit management., Experience : at least 3 years, Emoluments : Rs.20000/- consolidates/ negotiable.
- Asst. Manager Business Development Service : 02 posts, Qualification : MBA with 55% marks in marketing having experience in identifying in developing rural micro enterprises and in business planning supply chain management and understanding of rural enterprise development is strongly recommended, Experience : at least 3 years, Emoluments : Rs.20000/- consolidates/ negotiable.
- Asst. Manager Demonstrator & Enterprise Promotion : 02 posts, Qualification : Post Graduate (Agronomy, Horticulture, Food Technology, Dairying , agri-engineering) with 55% marks having a demonstrated understanding of rural developent both conceptually and at the field level with an understnading of rural enterprise development is also strongly recommended., Experience : at least 3 years, Emoluments : Rs.20000/- consolidates/ negotiable.
