The State of Madhya Pradesh has recently adopted many path-breaking changes at the policy level in the rural development sector. The State has envisaged a new society called "Madhya Pradesh State Livelihood Forum (MP-SLF)" under whose aegis Madhya Pradesh Integrated Livelihood Programme (MP-ILP) will converge & integrate various rural schemes & programmes.

- Gender Coordinator (Women) : 01 post, Pay : 25000/-, Qualification : Minimum 55% marks inM.A. Sociology/MSW,MBA (Social Science)., Experience : Min 3 Years Experience in Women Empowerment/Health Sanitation/ Livelihood/Training Or Capacity Building in state level position.
- H.R. Coordinator : 01 post, Pay : Rs.25000/-, Qualification : Minimum 55% marks in MBA (HR), Experience : Min 3 Years Experience in Human Resource having exposure to assess the training needs of employees.
- Communication Coordinator : 01 post, Pay : Rs.25000/-, Qualification : Minimum 55% marks inPost Graduate inMass Communications., Experience : Min 3 Years Experience in information, education, media or working as a Public Relation officer in any reputed/ registered organization.
- Marketing/Business Dev. Officer : 01 post, Pay : Rs.25000/-, Qualification : Minimum 55% marks in MBA (Mkt.), Experience : Min 3 Years Experience in marketing of products pertaining to the rural industry, preference shall be given to candidates having the exposure to forward integration.
- Environment Coordinator : 01 post, Pay : Rs.25000/-, Qualification : Minimum 55% marks in M.Sc. (Envt. Sc.)/MBAForest Mgmt., Experience : Min 3 Years Experience in monitoring the environment parameters being imposed by external aided projects and to train the present staff on these parameters.
- Agriculture Coordinator : 01 post, Pay : Rs.25000/-, Qualification : Minimum 55% marks inM.Sc. (Ag./Agronomy)/MBA (Agri Bus.), Experience : Min 3 Years Experience in agriculture extension.
- Live Stock Coordinator : 01 post, Pay : Rs.25000/-, Qualification : Minimum 55% marks inB.Tech./M.Sc. DairyTech./MV.Sc., Experience : Min 3 Years Experience in Livestock development. Preference would be given to candidates having experience in breed/dairy development.
- Micro Finance Expert/Coordinator : 01 post, Pay : Rs. 25000/-, Qualification : Minimum 55% marks inMBA (Fin.)/MBA (RM/RD)., Experience : Min 3 Years Experience in working for an institution dealing in micro finance.
