Recruitment to the post of Junior Resident

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Resident for ESI Hospital, Basaidarapur/ Jhilmil against 44 vancancies (tentative) as per following format for a period of six months on tenure basis extendable for another six months.

Qualification : MBBS from a recognised university, should be registered with the Medical Council of India. Only those candidates not exceeding 30 years of age and likely to complete internrship by 31/08/2008 may apply. The candiate who have complete internship before 31/08/08 need not apply. Relaxation og age for SC/ST/OBCs as per rules.

Emoluments : Rs.9400/- inclusive of NPA, other allowances admissible under the rules.

Format for Application : Name in block letters, Father's/Husban's Name, Date of Birth, Postal & Permanent Address, Tel No., Category (Gen/SC/ST/OBC), Year of passing of MBBS Exam and Attempts Certificate, Date of completion of Internship, Duration of Junior Residency if already done, MCI/ DMC Regn No., Preference of Subject, Preference of Hosiptal (Basaidarapur/ Jhilmil), Any other information

Documents to be attached : DD of Rs.100/- (Rs.25/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of ESI Fund Account No. 1, Paaspost size photograph. Attested copies of MBBS and Matriculation certificate, MCI/DMC Regn. Certificate, Caste Certificate, Internship completion certificate and Experience certificate, if any.

Last Date of submission of application is 08/02/2008. Application should reach at Medical Branch, Room No. 72, Administrative Block of the hospital.
