Maintenance (Mechanical) : Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile Engg. from a recognised University
- Assistant Manager-II, Age : below 35 years, Pay Scale : Rs.10750-16750/-
- Dy. Manager , Age : below 40 years, Pay Scale : Rs.14500-18700/-
- Manager, Age : below 40 years, Pay Scale : Rs.16000-20800/-
Materials : Graduate in any discipline preferably in Mechanical Engg. with Diploma of 2 years duration in Materials Management course from a recognised educational institution OR MBA with specialisation in the area of Marketing from a reputed Institution.
- Junior Manager, Age : Below 30 years, Pay Scale : Rs.8000-14600/-
- Assistant Manager, Age : below 35 years, Pay Scale : Rs.10750-16750/-
Personal & Administration : Graduate in any discipline with professional qualification i.e. 2 years
Degree/ Diploma course in Personnel & Industrial Relations preferably Labour & Social Welfare/MSW from an University/ Institute of repute OR MBA with specialisation in HR from an Institution of repute. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
