Applications in the prescribed format are invited from the citizen of India for recruitment to the vacancy at RRB Ranchi on South Eastern Railway / East Central Railway. The application addressed to The Member Secretary, Railway Recruitment Board, Railway Offices Complex, Chutia, RANCHI - 834001 may be sent by Ordinary Post. The envelope containing the application should be clearly superscribed - ‘Category No.’, ‘Name of the post’, & ‘Community’. A candidate should submit only one application for one category & post.

• Wireles Telecom Maintainer-III : 22 posts , Qualification : Higher Secondary (10+2) with Physics & Mathematics OR Matriculation plus ITI in Electrical / Radio/ Wireless/Telecommunication / TV & one year experience as casual WTM / TCM in S&T Deptt. OR must be a casual WTM/TCM for 03 years
  in S&T department. Age: 18-30 years, Pay Scale : Rs. 3050-4590
• Signal Instrument Maintainer-III: 38 posts, Qualification : Higher Secondary (10+2) with Physics & Mathematics OR Matriculation plus ITI in electrician/electric fitter/wireman & 01 year experience in electric department OR Must be casual Electric Signal Maintainer / electric fitter for 03 years in S&T department. Age: 18-30 years, Pay Scale : Rs. 3050-4590
• Permanent Way Supervisor : 22 posts, Qualification: B.Sc with Physics & Maths. Engineering diploma holders in any discipline recognised by AICTE will
  also be eligible., Age: 18-33 years, Pay Scale : Rs. 4500-7000
• Stenographer (Hindi) : 10 posts, Qualification : Secondary school examination passed or equivalent and should be able to take short hand dictation in Hindi @ 80 wpm for 10 minutes with transcription period in 75 minutes., Age: 18-30 years, Pay Scale : Rs. 4000-6000
• Stenographer (English) : 04 posts, Qualification : Secondary school examination passed or equivalent and should be able to take short hand dictation in English @ 80 wpm for 10 minutes with transcription period in 65 minutes., Age: 18-30 years, Pay Scale : Rs. 4000-6000
• Technician - III (C&W) / Welder : 05 posts, Qualification : Course completed Act Apprentices in Welder trade or ITI in Welder., Age: 18-30 years, Pay Scale : Rs. 3050-4590

Fee : The examination fee for unreserved and OBC candidate is Rs. 40/- (Rs. Forty only)
for posts carrying scales upto Rs. 3050-4590 and Rs. 60/- (Rs. sixty only) for posts carrying higher pay scales. Candidates belonging to SC/ST and Ex-servicemen are fully exempted from payment of examination fees. The Examination fee should be paid in the form of Account payee Demand Draft/Pay Order from any Nationalized Bank or IPO from any Post Office in favour of The Member Secretary, RRB/Ranchi and payable at Ranchi.
