NID is looking for suitable candidates for Management Trainee Programme in HR area. The ideal candidates should be MBAs in HR having excellent communication and managerial skills and knowledge of modern HRM/ Counseling techniques. During the 2-year training period the Trainees will be paid monthly stipend of Rs.10000/- in the 1st year and on review Rs.11000/- in the 2nd year of training. The Trainees will have execute a Bond to serve NID for a period of 3 years on a consolidated salary as prevelant at that time on contract basis after successful completion of training.
