ADVERTISEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT ON IMMEDIATE ABSORPTION/DEPUTATION/ ON CONTRACT
ON REGULAR PAY SCALES

Applications are invited from dynamic and result oriented professionals for appointment on immediate absorption/ deputation/ on contract basis for its ongoing and future assignments. The selected candidates shall be posted anywhere in India.   1. ARCHITECTURE (E-1 to E-7): First class graduate in Architecture with experience in computerized planning, and design of specialized large scale building and complexes including health care facilities. Should be capable of independently evolving concepts and understanding and guide in detailed design development including interaction with clients for business development.
  2. MARKETING (E-4 to E-6): First class graduate in Engineering/MBA (Marketing) from recognized university with adequate marketing experience, preferably in a construction consultancy organization in marketing discipline and experience at a senior level in marketing in an organization of repute will be preferred.
  3. PROCUREMENT (E-2, E-6&E-7): First class Graduate in Engineering/ MBA/Post graduation with Materials Management from a recognized university with experience in handling procurement assignments i.e. bid documentation, tendering, inspection and testing, logistics support, equipment leasing etc. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in handling funded projects.
  4. BIO-MEDICAL (E-1 to E-3): First class Graduate in Bio-Medical Engineering with experience in handling procurement assignments i.e. specification development, bid documentation, tendering, inspection and testing, installation and commissioning of equipment, logistics support etc. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in handling World Bank projects
  5. STRUCTURAL (E-1 to E-6): First class graduate in Civil Engineering with experience in design of multistoried RCC buildings, retaining walls, machine foundations and water containing structures in organizations handling large civil projects. Knowledge of IS Codes, structure software for space frames, columns, foundations, design, STAAD & AUTOCAD is a must. Exposure to other software (STRAP, SAP) is desirable. Adequate exposure in checking of drawing & detailing of RCC & Steel structures including interdisciplinary coordination preferred.
  6. QUANTITY SURVEYOR/ESTIMATION (E-2 to E-5): First class graduate in civil engineering with membership of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors having experience in quantity survey, costing, estimation, preparation of take off sheets and specification, tender documents, analysis rates for large projects. Exposure of DSR, CPWD plinth area rates and specifications with MS Office & Auto Cad knowledge required.
  7. CONTRACT/PROJECT MANAGEMENT (E-1 to E-6): First class Graduate in Civil Engineering with site experience. Candidates should have experience in all aspects of project management, including civil/structural works, publishing and finalizing pre-qualification requirements as per norms, inviting tenders, scrutiny of bids of vendors, monitoring execution of site activities etc.
  8. FIRE FIGHTING (E-2 to E-5): First class graduate in engineering with experience in design of fire fighting systems such as wet riser, down comer, sprinklers, fire detection, fire alarm systems etc for all type of buildings. Knowledge of National Building Code, TAC manual on fire protection systems. Exposure in fire authority norms and inter disciplinary coordination is required.
  9. ELECTRICAL (E-3 toE-6) : First class Graduate in Electrical Engineering with experience in electrical design of multistoried buildings, Hospitals etc and substations and execution of the same.
  10. HVAC (E-2 to E-5): First class Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with experience in designing/ execution of central HVAC works. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of handling special services such as laundry, kitchen, gas piping, CSSD, waste disposal etc for hospitals/ hotels etc.
  11. MEDICAL WASTE MANAGEMENT (E-2 & E-3): First class graduate in Engineering with specialization in Environmental Engineering having experience in handling hazardous waste management projects. Exposure to environmental management plans, impact assessment and audit is desirable.
  12. PHARMACY (E-2 to E-5) : First class graduate in Pharmacy with experience in pharmaceutical industry. Candidate must have a thorough grasp of drawing product specification for dosage forms, including packaging specification, inspection, quality control and procurement process. Knowledge of regulatory requirements i.e GMP is essential.
  13. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (E-2 & E-3): First class graduate in Engineering/MCA from a recognized university with experience in software development/implementation, preferably in Hospital Information Systems.
  14. FINANCE & ACCOUNTS :(E-1, E-4 & (E-6)): CA /ICWA/1st class MBA (Finance) from a recognized University with relevant experience in areas of MIS, Internal Control System, finalization of balance sheet, co-ordination with auditors, taxation, banking, tendering etc. Experience of working in a computerized environment is a must.
  15. VIGILANCE :(E-1 to E-3) 1st class Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with LLB/MBA (1st class) or 1st class graduate in engineering. The candidate should have adequate experience in vigilance wing/department, exposure to government rules & regulations/CVC guidelines.
  16. OFFICE MANAGER (E-0 & E-1): 1st class Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with experience of working with the top management in service industry. The candidate must be achievement oriented and have excellent communication and presentation skills with good knowledge of business application software like MS-Office and must be capable of independently co-ordinating managerial functions including liaison with Ministries/ clients/ other PSUs/ Govt etc. The candidate must possess excellent skills in stenography

Knowledge of computers is essential for all positions.
