Applications are invited from the citizens of India for the following post(s) of different Departments of H.P. on the proforma given below by 16/10/2007. Last date for receipt of applications for the candidates residing in far-flung areas is 31/10/2007. Detail of post(s) and eligibility conditions therefor are given hereunder against such post(s) :
(A) Department of Public Relations , H.P.
- Sub Editor, Class-II : 01 post, On fixed emoluments of Rs.9600/- per Month with an increase of Rs.200/- per annum on contract basis for the period upto 28-02-2008, Age : Between 18 and 45 years., Qualifications:-(i) Should be Graduate from a recognised University: and ii) Degree or Diploma in the trade of journalism or Public Relations or its equivalent from a recognised University or an institution duly recognised by the Government of India or Government of Himachal Pradesh.
(B) Department of Technical Education, Vocational and Industrial Training, H.P.
- Lecturer Computer Engg. : 02 posts (OBC-01, Genl.-01), Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in computer Engg. from a recognized University/Board/Institution recognized by H.P.Govt/Central govt. or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engg. with Computer Engg. as one of the elective subject from a University/Board/Institute recognized by the H.P.Govt./ Central Govt.
- Lecturer Electronics & Telecommunication Engg. : 02 posts (OBC-01, Genl.-01), Qualification: At least Second Class Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Tele-Communication Engg./Electronics or equivalent from recognized University with 02 years teaching /professional experience in Govt./ Semi Govt. or well reputed private organization. OR Three years Diploma in Electronics and Tele-Communication Engg./ Electronic with TTTI Diploma and 05 years professional/ teaching experience in Govt./ Semi Govt. or well reputed private organization.
- Lecturer Electrical Engineering : 01 post (Genl), Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university with 02 years teaching/ professional experience in Govt./ Semi Govt. or well reputed private organization. OR Diploma in Electrical Engg. with TTTI Diploma and 05 years professional experience after obtaining TTTI diploma.
- Lecturer Physics: 01 Post (Genl), Qualification : Second Class Master’s Degree in the subject concerned of a recognized University.
- Lecturer Chemistry: 01 Post (OBC), Qualification : Second Class Master’s Degree in the subject concerned of a recognized University.
- Lecturer Maths: 01 Post (Genl), Qualification : Second Class Master’s Degree in the subject concerned of a recognized University.
- Lecturer English: 01 Post (Genl), Qualification : Second Class Master’s Degree in the subject concerned of a recognized University.
- Workshop Supdt. Mechanical Engg : 01 post (Genl) ,
Fee : In the shape of Bank draft in favour of Secretary, H.P. Public Service Commission for Rs. 250/- only, (Rs.63/ for SC/ST/OBC ofH.P.only), payable at Shimla to the Secretary ,HPPSC, Nigam Vihar , Shimla-171002 (HP). Ex-servicemen unless discharged at their own request before completion of normal tenure, are exempted from payment of application fee. Visually handicapped candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
