- Qualification : Pass in XII Standard examination or equivalent from a recognized University/ Board/Central/State/UT administration Or Degree in any discipline or its equivalent. Applicants should attach attested certificates / marks cards evidencing their educational qualification.
- Sport Level : Should have represented the State in National event, or the District in State Level event with distinction, or the university in an Inter-university event with Distinction or if he was a member of the Combined universities Team. (Preference will be given to current State players).
