Walk-in-written/Practical test and interview will be held for candidates from Indian Nationals to the following posts which are purely on temporary and contract basis, initially for a period of six months, which may be extendable, based on performance to a period of one year or the duration of the project, whichever is earlier. These selections will be under a project on Traditional Knowledge Digital Library (TKDL) Yoga under the guidance of Head, Information Technology Division, Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Rafi Marg, New Delhi.

• Yoga Demonstrators : 8 (4 Male & 4 Female)
  • Educational Qualification: Any degree with one year regular Diploma in Yoga from a recognized University or from an Institute of repute with good performance of Yoga practices. However, nominations for Yoga Demonstrators made by the Heads of the Institute which are well established Yoga Schools may be considered along with other candidates for selection.
  • Age : Not more than 28 years as on date of written test/interview with pleasing personality, relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates as per the existing Govt. of India orders.

  • Educational Qualification : BNYS degree/ Regular full time M.A./ M.Sc.(Yoga) from a recognized University with minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.

  • Age : Not more than 30 years as on date of written test/interview, relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates as per the existing Govt. of India orders.
  • Consolidated stipend : Rs.12,000/- per month.

  • Educational Qualification : M.A. in Sanskrit from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks preferably with sound background/knowledge of YogaExperience: Minimum one year Professional experience.
  • Age : Not more than 30 years as on date of written test/interview, relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates as per the existing Govt. of India orders.
  • Consolidated Stipend : Rs.12,000/- per month.
• Project Assistant (Sr.) Information Technology : 8
  • Edicational Qualification : First Class M.Sc. / BE/B.Tech./MCA or equivalent.Experience: One year after the qualifying degree in the areas mentioned under the head desirable.
  • Age : Not more than 30 years as on last date of the submission of application, relaxation in the case of SC/ST/OBC candidates as provided for in Govt. of India orders.
  • Consolidated Stipend : Rs.18,000/- per month.
  • Desirable : Experience in one or more software products, viz. Visual Basic, MS-SQL Server, ASP, HTML, Photoshop/Dream Weaver/Flash, web-enabled application and portal designing on Window NT/Windows server 2000/Windows server 2003. Experience in Linux, LAN administration, setting up of internet and e-mail services, configuration of mail server, implementing web security solutions is also desirable.
