Sports Authority of India (SAI), an Autonomous Organization under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, invites applications for following posts for its offices :

• Lower Division Clerk (LDC) : 29 posts, Age : 30 years as on 15/03/2010. Relaxation in age as per rules of Govt. of India., Pay Scale : PB-I Rs.5200-20200 + GP 1900/-, Age : 18 to 27 years
• Junior Accountant : 45 posts, Age : 30 years as on 15/03/2010. Relaxation in age as per rules of Govt. of India., Pay Scale : PB-I Rs.5200-20200 + GP 2400/-, Age : 18 to 27 years

Sports Authority of India invites applications from Coaches for appointment on purely contract basis for an initial period of one year separately for the two zones, one for the SAI North Eastern Centres, Imphal & Guwahati and others for the Rest of the Country :

• Sport Coach [Archery (R-7), Athletics (NE-1/R-4), Basketball (R-3), Boxing (NE-3/R-7), Badminton (NE-1/R-3), Cycling (NE-0/R-2), Fencing (NE-1/R-1), Football (NE-4/R-1), Handball (R-1), Hockey (R-4), Judo (NE-3/R-6), Karate (NE-1/R-1), Kayaking & Canoeing (R-5) Netball (R-1), Rowing (R-2), Shooting (NE-0/R-1), Sepak-Takraw (NE-1), Swimming (NE-1/R-4) Taekwondo (NE-2/R-9), Table Tennis (NE-1-/R-1), Volleyball (R-2), Weightlifting(NE -1/R-3) Wrestling (NE-2/R-5), Wushu (NE-1/R-4), Age : 30 years as on 15/03/2010. Relaxation in age as per rules of Govt. of India., Salary: Consolidated salary of Rs.15660/- per month., Qualification: Diploma in Coaching from SAI NS-NIS Patiala or from any other recognized Indian/
  Foreign University OR Participation in Olympics/ Asian Games/ World Championship in the discipline concerned with a Certificate Course in Coaching., Desirable Qualification: B. P. Ed.
