- Manager (Engineering –Systems-EKM) : 1 Post (GEN) , Qualification : Should be a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.
- Manager (Engineering- Equipment-EKM) : 1 Post (OBC), Qualification : Should be a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.
- Manager (Electrical – EKM) : 1 Post (OBC) , Qualification : Should be a Graduate in Electrical discipline from a recognized University.
- Manager (Naval Architect) – EKM : 1 Post (GEN) , Qualification : Should be a Graduate in Naval Architecture from a recognized University.
- Manager/ Dy. Manager (Piping/Machinery) : 2 Posts (1-GEN & 1-OBC) , Qualification : First class Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from any recognized University.
- Manager/ Dy. Manager (Naval Architecture) : 2 Posts (1-GEN; 1-SC) , Qualification : A first class degree in Naval Architecture with minimum 12 years experience.
- Paint Technologists – in Engineer/Sr. Engineer grade : 2 Posts (1-GEN; 1-OBC), Qualification : Candidate must be a graduate in Paint Technology or a post graduate in Chemistry with specialization in Paint Technology and shall have minimum 2 years experience in a responsible position
- Piping Engineers – in Engineer/ Sr. Engineer grade : 2 Posts (1-GEN; 1-SC), Qualification : Candidate must be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and shall have minimum 2 years experience in piping works in reputed Organizations.
- Russian - English Interpreter/ Translator : 1 Post (GEN) on contract basis, Qualification : A graduate with PG Diploma in Russian Language from any recognized University or Certificate of proficiency in Russian Language from any recognized Institute.
- Manager (Finance) : 2 Posts – (GEN) , Qualification : A Graduate with a pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.
- Company Secretary at Manager Level : 1 Post – (GEN) , Qualification : The person must be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS) preferably with a Degree in Law.
Age : Below 45 years for Managers, 40 years for Dy.Managers, 35 years for Senior Engineers & 30 years for Engineers.
Pay Scales :
- Manager : Rs.14500-350-18700/-
- Dy. Manager : Rs. 13000-350-18250/-
- Sr. Engineer : Rs. 10750-300-16750/-
- Engineer : Rs. 8600-250-14600.
