- Executive Director (Civil) : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs. 23750-28550 (E9-IDA), Qualification : B.E./ B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized Engineering Institute., Age : 55 years
- Group General Manager (Civil) : 02 posts, Pay Scael : Rs. 20500-26500 (E8 - IDA), Qualification : B.E./ B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized Engineering Institute., Age : 50 years
- General Manager (Civil) : 03 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.18500-23900 (E7-IDA), Qualification : B.E./ B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized Engineering institute, passed in Ist Class/or equivalent grades., Age : 45 years.
- Joint General Manager (Civil) : 04 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 17500-22300/- (E6 - IDA), Qualification : B.E./ B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized Engineering institute, passed in Ist Class/or equivalent grades.
