Eligibility for Jr. Residents:

• Age : below 30 years relaxable to 5 yrs for Sc & ST and 3 yrs to OBC candidates
• Educational and Other Qualificaiton: MBBS Degree from a recognised university and have completed their internship on or after 01/06/2006.
• Emolument: Rs. 9400/- which is inclusive of NPA plus other allowances.
• Tenure: the appointment will be initially for 6 months that can be extended further up to maximum period of one year

Eligibility for Sr. Residents:

• Age: Below 35 years relaxable to 5 yrs for Sc & ST and 3 yrs to OBC candidates
• Educational and Other Qualificaiton: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in concerened specialty from a recognised university and have completed their internship and registered with DMC.
• Emolument: Rs. 10940/- which is inclusive of NPA plus other allowances. In case of diploma holders, the amount shall be reduced by Rs.325/- pm.
• Tenure: the appointment will be initially for 1 year that can be extended further up to maximum period of three years.

FEE Payable: for General/OBC candidates Rs. 200/- and no fee required for SC/ST candidates. The fee should be in cash with treasury before appearing the interview.

The prescribed application form of Rs. 5/- can be had from the Office of Addl. MS (A), Room no 105 untill at least one day before interview. Complete applications will be accepted after registration between 10.00 am to 12.30 noon at Room No. 105, Office of Addls. MS (A) as per schedule. Candidate should come with attested copes of DOB Certificates/ Higher Secondary Education Certificate issued by the state board/ Caste Certificate / Educational Qualification Certificate / Emp. Exp. Card / Internship Completion Certificates/ DMC Regn. Certificate of undertaking as th case may be / attempt certificate / etc in given sequence.

Recruitment to the post of Senior Resident on contract basis for a period of one year

Applications are invited for the post of Senior Residents for ESI Hospital, Rohini, for a period of one year on contract basis or till regular. GDMO joins whichever is earlier against 10 vacancies , Casualty -1 (UR), Orthopaedics - 2 (UR-1, OBC-1), Surgery - 2 (UR-1, OBC-1), Anaesthesia-4 (UR-2, SC-1,ST-1), Paediatrics -1 (OBC-1).

Eligibility : PG Degree or Diploma in concerned Speciality from recognised University. If such candidates are not available in any particular Speciality, those without PG qualification but having at least two years experience after MBBS out of which one year Junior Residency from Government hospital in the concerned Speciality can be considered.

Age : Not Exceeding 35 Yrs. as on 30/04/2008 (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per rules).

Emoluments : Pay including NPA - Rs.10940/- pm for PG. Reduced by Rs.325/- for diploma holders and will be reduced by Rs.65/- in case of those who do not have any PG degree or Diploma. HRA/CCA and DP/DA will be given.

No., Category (Genl/SC/ST/OBC) with supporting documents, Educational Qualification and experience certificate (if any), MCI registration certificate, two recent passport size photographs, attested photocopies of school leaving certificates, MBBS/Diploma/Degree certificates, SC/ST/OBC certificate and experience certificate, if any, along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 100/- (Rs. 25/- in case of SC/ST) drawn in favour of "ESI Fund Account No. I" should reach the office of the Medical Superintendent, ESI Hospital, Rohini, Sector 15, Delhi-110085.

Last date for submission of application is 21/05/2008, 4.00 p.m. List of eligible candidates shall be displayed on the noticeboard on 23/05/2008. The candidates will have to. make their own arrangement of stay.
