Applications are invited for the 16 post (UR-10, OBC-4, ST-2) of Telecom Technical Assistant (TTA) in the IDA pay scale of BSNL of Rs. 7100-200-10100/- plus usual allowances. Closing date for receipt of applications : 30/09/2008

Qualification : A Candidate must possess three (3) years Engineering Diploma in
Telecommunication Engineering / Electronics, Engineering / Electrical
Engineering / Radio Engineering / Computer Engineering / Instrument
Technology / M.Sc (Electronics) from a recognized Institution / University on
the date of application.

Age : 18 to 27 years as on 30/09/08.

Application Fee : An examination fee of Rs 500/-(Five hundred) is payable in the form of demand draft to be drawn in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL, A&N Telecom Circle payable at Port Blair (no fee from SC/ST candidates)

How to Apply : Application form as per prescribed format enclosing photocopies of all requisite certificates and detailed Mark sheet duly attested should reach to Assistant General Manager (Admn.), O/o the Chief General Manager, A&N Telecom Circle, BSNL, Telephone Bhawan, Port Blair - 744101 on or before
30/09/2008.  The envelope containing application form should be marked “Application for the post of Telecom Technical Assistant” on top of the envelope
